▸ 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using SLAGDOCK ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

▸ 2. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

▸ 3. CONTENT & CONDUCT

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes on others' intellectual property. Game submissions must be your own work or properly licensed. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

▸ 4. GAME SUBMISSIONS

Developers may submit games for inclusion in the archive. All submissions are subject to review. Approved games may be removed at any time for policy violations or at the developer's request.

▸ 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RETENTION

Developers retain 100% ownership of the intellectual property (IP) for all games and content uploaded to the Platform. Slagdock.com acts solely as a hosting and distribution intermediary and claims no ownership over user-submitted content beyond the non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.

▸ 6. DEVELOPER REVENUE AUTONOMY

Developers retain the right to all profits generated from their games. Slagdock.com does not take any commission or cut from internal developer-led microtransactions or direct player-to-developer payments. All such revenue belongs entirely to the respective developer.

▸ 7. FUTURE MONETIZATION SUPPORT

Slagdock.com provides infrastructure for developers to create and manage game-specific assets—such as earnable or purchasable badges—as part of our commitment to supporting developer monetization. Use of this infrastructure does not transfer any ownership of developer IP to the Platform.

▸ 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Platform or third-party game content.

▸ 9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
